Default Where to go from here

Ive got an 03 1500 4x4 quad cab 4.7. Ive installed the airaid cai, and installed a jet chip, and just ordered the magnaflow split rear catback system. Where should I go from here for increased performance? Is this the end of the road for the less expensive mods?

Check Airram.com, best site for the 4.7 engine.

Personally I'd redo one of them before moving on. Pull the jet chip and get a Superchips Flashpaq 3815. More features, better gains.
From there, staying with relatively inexpensive mods that you can install yourself, there's always an e-fan (freeing up as much as 20 HP from the parasitic clutch fan).

+1 to what Hammer said, especially if you're using the Stage 1 Jet Chip. It's a PoS, that stage 2 is okay, but superchips will be much better.

I wish I had heard that before buying the stage 1 chip. I figured the stage 2 wouldnt be the right one because I wasnt planning on any major modifications to the truck. Is anyone out there running the superchips programmer on the 4.7, can you tell me how well it works. If it is just barely noticeable I dont want to waste the 350 bucks, like the money I burned on the jet chip.

have the cylinder heads professionally ported
and install an aftermarket EFI system
like the SCT or the MegaSquirt or any of 5 others,
but use the highest octane gasoline available
