Default Need electrical help

So i installed the new compustar starter/alarm combo in my 04 ram hemi sport and i am having issues. My locks do not work in the middle of the day or if its hot out( so it seems). so here is the situation...doors are locked and armed, then i press the unlock button which unarms the truck but does not open the locks. likewise will arm them but not lock the doors. however the kicker is my starter still works.
Any ideas or similar experiences...is it the heat or computer or what????

Sounds like something wasn't installed right... obviously a wire to control the actuators in the door locks. Does it works 100% when it is cooler out? I would question a connection if that is the case.

it does work when its cool outside or so it seems anyways. its like its overheating in the sun or something but its odd because it will still arm and disarm the system.

Probably the motors going bad... is it doing it on all 2 or 4 doors, or just the drivers?
