Default Mopar knows best?

I keep reading on all forums people buying all kinds of different cai's, exhausts and various other mods but I rarely see someone saying they have a mopar CAI like this one http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ram/Mop...4683C4564.aspx or a mopar borla exhaust like this one http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ram/Mop...0415C3258.aspx

If mopar knows best and dodge owners are always saying MOPAR ALL THE WAY, why isnt everyone using mopar products? Is it because they are to pricy or is it because Mopar doesnt really know best?

Would it be dumb of my to build a 100% mopar truck?

In the case of your first example that would be that if you took the "Mopar" sticker off it, you'd have an AEM Brute Force intake and could get it anywhere for about $250, or you could pay $429 and get one with a Mopar sticker from TruckAddOns.com (a good company btw, I've ordered a few things from them) or you could go to the dealer and buy it for $499 for it...

Almost all accessories are not made by them, simply contracted. You can almost find the accessory from the manufacturer for much, much less...
