No clue, but you can do them yourself, the shorty's & mids are bolt on, there should be no cutting or welding. I welded mine, but they are LT's and I had to move the cats back to accomodate the extra length & I had welded my own cat back on before. But, even if you have a cat-back aftermarket, everything from the exhaust manifold to the cats is just bolted on, just unbolt, put everything in place and re-bolt. You should also be able to use your existing hangers.
And the Hemi in a Ram has got to be the easiest setup in the world to get to everything. If you take the plastic wheel well liners out of the front wheel wells, you can get to everything from either under the truck or through the wheel wells. You don't even have to remove the tires (I actually used my front tire as a kinda work bench to hold tools and stuff.
This is a couple hour job in the driveway, doesn't require any special tools and would save you at least a few hundred over paying some place to do it. If you can take out bolts, install gaskets and replace bolts, you can do this job, especially on a lifted Hemi, you'll have all the room in the world both through the tire wells and underneath.

This will show you how wide open and easy it is to get to. Pic is through the wheel well with only the liner removed, taken just after I finished installing the headers, heated them up and just having to re-torque the bolts & popping the liner back in:
