Default lower rad hose

Well a big hole just blew in my lower radiator hose and i lost all my antifreeze luckily a friend had a spare hose for his mustang. the hose doesnt have the right bends to it so there is a "kink" in the hose right before it connects to the water pump. my question is should that hose last me a 400km trip before i change it?? or will i run into problems from that kink?

i personally would change it to the right part. You say a 'kink' but how bad is it?

The kink is probably about half the hose, im thinking it should be ok for the trip.

I do plan on changing it asap, but by the time i get off work all the parts stores are closed so i cant buy it before i leave (im leaving tonight). i ordered one from a dodge dealer at the place im travelling to and it should be there when i get there. and it's not $10 its $30. lol
