you know the ones that come stock now on all the rams? not like the srt spoiler just the black thing that goes over the top of the tailgate and gives it better looks. I have a 8 foot sports master button tonneua cover

 

Usually the tonneau comes with extra foam to make the rear sit a bit higher to fit over the spoiler.

 

i don't remember who, but i know for sure someone on here did it with an extang soft cover.

 

I have to put a tail gate protector on mine, its starting to wear the paint down to the metal on the top of the tailgate.

 

Yup, works great. I hate to use this picture, but somehow its the only one I have that shows it.

 

Yes it will work!! Got one on mine, but I have changed out the factory tailgate protector, I did not like it.
