Default 2007 20" Wheel paint code?

Got a 2007 Big Horn Quad cab 4x4 .... Has the silver aluminum wheels...not the chrome clad version. Anyways, while Big O rotated and balanced the tires, the kid doing it scuffed the wheels around the lug nuts in a few places. Looks like the wheels are aluminum but also painted and clear coated???? Anyone know what paint code would be for touch up paint???? Looks like a silver metallic kinda ... Thanks

No reason to delete the quest from Outlaws....
The question was.. " Do you even use this truck? "

Well, yeah. lol I got 7500 miles on it in a year I have had it since new! lol
With gas the way it is, I drive a 30mpg car to work. Truck gets used on weekends. Doesnt see off road duty like some of you do...just pavement duty . Just like to keep it nice. Pretty **** about all my stuff . The truck , the Harley...etc...

But thanks for asking! Next time respond with some useful info for those of us who arent so knowledgeable...Appreciate it!

I thought they were just machine finish with clear...if the scuff is that small why not just a basic clear shot to cover it back up.

Thats what I originally thought too... But the nicks and scuffs almost make it look like they were painted and cleared...
I will definately atleast put clear on there to touch them up so the clear doesnt start peeling. Not really a big issue by any means, just thought I would post the question out there. Appreciate the response! Thanks

An idea that will cost a few bucks but in the end look good and be durable. Why not have the spokes of your wheels powder coated? Extremely hard finish, looks good and is nothing anybody else has.

I think you are right. That definately looks like paint...not just clear coat over aluminum. I don't have any scuffs yet but would also be interested in paint code for future reference. You know I think I will check at one of those "X-A-Dent" places...they also do curb rash repair, they may know something.

i have a sever spidering going on with a couple of my 20s and i am pretty sure they are just clear coat over aluminum. The guy i got the rims from peeled some of the clear coat away where the cracks were and polished it and it looked good.
