Default oem fog lights , 04 dodge ram 1500 slt

when i bought my truck , fog lights did not come with my model for some reason . now i had ordered some "oem " replacement fog lights of ebay and when i went to go install them there are no preset harnesses on the truck to plug in like i thought. ...but there are 2 - 2 wire plug ins by the left headlight....is there some kind of adapter kit /harness kit you have to get for this fog light setup ?? the oem lights i got just come with the lights and outer plastic shells . looks like you need something that plugs into the bulb.......can anybody give me advice on this? its looks like where i turn on my lights that i have the switch for foglights.....i could be wrong though maybe another 04 ram that has the lights can take a pic of their switch....??? idk

i have a wire harness and a switch that might work for you.i got it when i bought the fog light kit for my truck but i did not need it because my truck was pre wired for foglights.switch and wires with fuses say $15.
