I was on ebay and i found this chip that is $24 bucks and says you can get better gas and more power in your truck (called Fuel MaxxPerformance). i read reviews on it and it seems legit, but too good to be true. i have an 04 Dodge Ram 1500 Reg cab. 2wheel drive 4.7 V8...would it actually work? Any risks?.......THANKS

 

I doubt it would work. I believe in you get what you pay for when it comes to chips.

 

Search around, there's a post from a couple weeks ago about the $24 ebay chip, complete ripoff.

 

definately sounds like a ripoff, to me if your gonna start messin with things like that, your further ahead to buy from a reputable company and do it right instead of f-in things up with a ebay one.... just MO
