Default Will subs fit back there?

I have an 03 single cab and my question is can i put two 10in subs behind the seat inside the plastic tray on the floor, then just put thin sheet of plywood top with the two cutouts over the top of the tray, the tray is 41/2 in deep. Will this work or not?

i have 2 10's behind my seat. did not use the process you are thinking of using though, i have a real box firing at the back of each seat. i doubt it will seal well at all and will probably sound like you know what. do it right the first time, especially with car audio. but by all means, if thats what you want and makes you happy go for it....
