Default Headlight opinions

I have been wanting to paint my headlights black but I'm not sure if it would look good on my truck or not because of the chrome it has on it. I was hoping maybe some of you could offer your opinions if I should do it or not. Here is a pic of the truck.

Is painting the lens what you do to get the blacked-out look? But I think that would look cool, accent the white and chrome on your truck.

I wouldn't go black. I have the same setup as you do, alot of white and chrome. I think it would be an eyesore if you went with black. What I've been thinking about doing is just taking the lense apart and taking off the amber reflector, maybe painting it white...maybe. I just think that the black would clash because of how much chrome and white we both have. Just my opinion.

I say no, pop apart the housing and take off the corner reflector and do that. Keep the white chrome looking going.
