Hi all, I have not had a Dodge since the early 90s because of a bad Dakota experience & thought it was finaly time to give them another chance. receently got an 05 1500 quad cab 4x4. It is already in the shop because of a rear window leak, this is not starting out good. Please tell me better things are to come. Other then that problem the truck is AWESOME & I can't wait to get started on mods & upgrades.

I have a 03 and had no major problems at all. I did put new shocks, a new radiator, and hoses. Truck runs great. Is it the rear window that opens becuase all of them leak with a strong storm, the seals just arn't that good on any truck. Just keep it maintained and keep it clean and it should last for awhile besides you no a trucks a lemon if it dies in a year but a 05 has been around the block a couple times and should have all the bugs worked out.

Default Thanks!

The truck has 19,000 miles so I hope not much could have happened in that time fram 7 I have read many of that year have the same window trouble.
Best of luck to whatever your next plan is for your truck
