OK , I have some questions I have had a lot of ticking going on I pulled a lash adjuster and it was locked down , its my understadning they should be free and muve up and down, I went ahead and bought 4 new , I can barely move them down like there suppotedby a spring or something, so does that mean I cant just clean my old ones and reuse them ....

next on my secondary chain tensioner , how do i check it to see if it bad , I look at my right one , cleaned it all sludged up in the oil metering holes , but I can squeeze it down with small pair of pliers . I thought it was supposed to be very hard to move this thing. hard enough you would need a vise ...
