I bought the twin cold air intake off ebay when i 1st got the truck, now im ready to try something new.

It was a toss up when I got the twin intake or this one single intake that went towards the front and had this peice that went in front of the radiator support and actually captured the air from the grille, so it really was a COLD air intake, it was like $60 at the time (about a year and a half ago, now i cant find it.

By the way '02 ram v-8, 4.7l (i think the 4.7 and 5.7 hemi have almost identical CAIs

 

There is the jet-stream scoop that forces air into an intake thats in the front part of the engine bay..

do you have any pics of the backside of it? Does it just throw the air behind the headlight into the fender or what?

 

Pretty much thats what it does. Works great with my massive CAI.
