Oh, so like if I have the 3185 or w/e that number is. Now to support my truck i need the firmware. But to get the towing setting I have to get that database?

 

When you update your Flashpaq it usually updates both the firmware and database to the newest versions of each. The flashpaq is a tri-tune (now with the new update I guess it's a quad-tune) meaning it comes with three (now four) settings "87 octane", "towing", "performance" tunes and now with the same update that says it should support the 4.7L it has the "mileage XS" tune. I'm assuming that all four tunes should be available to the 04-07 4.7L owners as well.

 

This is truely good news... it appears to be the case from everything I have seen today. It really looks like Superchips has come through for the 4.7L in a big way!
