Default Superchips Tuner for 2004 4.7L

Has anyone else used this tuner on their Ram yet? I bought it and downloaded the 4.7 tune yesterday. I loaded the performance tune on my Ram but didn't really notice any difference. Anyone have any feedback on this yet?

I have been trying to update my tirepaq to the flashpaq for the last week. I am waiting on my trouble ticket (spent several days with Superchips tech support last week) to get resolved so I can do the upgrade.

I am disappointed you don't notice any difference. How about with the Tranny shifts? I was hoping for firmer tranny shifts, a little boost in performance, and maybe a little bump in gas mileage.

Anybody else.....

You know I didn't really take notice to the shifts. I will drive it tomorrow and check them out. (It's not my daily driver). It doesn't allow me to change the shift firmness like my Predator tuner does with my Mustang so it must be part of the Performance tune itself. It only lets me change the RPM shift points.

OK I drove my truck hard today and it does appear I have a modest increase in power. It doesn't feel like the advertised 21hp on the website though. As far as firmer shifts are concerned, I didn't feel any change in the firmness of the shifts at WOT or regular driving. The Predator tuner in my mustang made the shift firmness like night and day, chirping the tires when shifting from gear to gear. The other features like adjusting the shift points, speedo recal. for tire size, adjusting Rev. limiter, etc. all seem to work as advertised.
