i have seen spindle lifts for the 2wd's and was wondering if there is anything stopping me from using this on a 03 4x4??

they will bolt on yes BUT your axles will never get installed again so you would have a lifted 2wd just like them......since the wheel location is the main point of a lift spindle,the axles cant be put back in because the new location of the wheel is in almost the same location as the lower ball joint on a 2wd lift spindle.
