i just recieved this programmer this morning and this focking thing keeps saying it wont support my damn truck , code #g -36 , im about to throw the focking thing through the wall.......yep ive downloaded my desktop item, and yep i dowloaded the 3815 hemi ram standard update that took 20 min and still when i plug it in and have it try and read the "stock setting " gives me the irritating focking error of " we do not support the 04 4.7 ltr and ive called these people before they closed and they told to do just that ..any f***king suggestions? im getting pissed.......

 

send it back, superchips has great customer service im sure they will look into the problem and get it back to you asap

 

mine i had to go to the there web site too get the tunes for your what ever motor you have, you do that ??? its not hard its just basically starting it. read it you will know , or just call them and they will go threw the steps, and did you get the right one for your 4.7.
3815 i think same as mine 5.9

Make sure you have V1.24 on your 3815. If you do, call their tech support number and speak to a tech. If you do not, try the update again. If you cannot update to V1.24 you'll have to call tech support.

You can check your version by plugging in the flashpaq to your USB port and select "About".
