sraight pipe= exhaust leak?

sraight pipe= exhaust leak?
so i cut off my stock muffler and ran a straight pipe about a year ago and just recently got a new exhaust, flowmaster super 40 series and apparently i have an exhaust leak on the right side.. im hopin its just the nuts on the manifold and not the manifold itself... this seem out of the ordinary?
