Wheel Bearing
My truck an 02 with 4.7 but its 2 wheel drive. I'm assuming they use the same bearing hub assembly because of the inner splines in the hub. Anyways I replaced the driver side last year and passanger side this year. about $200.00 a piece for the hub/ bearing assy from the dealer ( Dealer was cheaper than the local parts shops). After removing the 3 18mm head bolts int eh back my problem was the hub was galded to the spindle unit. I had to use a BFH and a chsel to break the two loose. The spindle unit is aluminium and corrodes.
My minivan was that way also. Once I figured outhow to get it off the other side was easier. Thanks for the info though...I should be able to use my air chisel to help vibrate it some. Bearing should be delivered soon.
