6 Disc CD player

Quick question to throw out there I have Sirius set up in my 08 but I wanted to see title of song . I purchased a 6 Disc radio from Ebay It came out of a 05-06 not sure buyer said The dealer said any radio from Sept 04 to current will work with Sirius Any input on this
