Default Wood dash experts.com ripoff

If anyone is interested in purchasing any after market products to spruce up their Dodge Ram's, please do not use wooddashexperts.com. A neighbor and I purchased two steering wheels and they refuse to refund us our $100.00 core refundable deposit. Him and I both sent our wheels from Staples via UPS. They have received both of our old steering wheels and where signed for at their facility but they deny ever receiveing them. I call, get put on hold for 30 minutes each time I call, then they hang up on me, same goes for him as well. I email and they never respond, I sent a link containing information that the wheel was receieved but they never answer. You can use the company at your own discretion, but be warned they are not a good company. They also sell products as companies called woodview, and onyxautomotive.

They have a BuySAFE seal at the bottom right corner of their website. Open a case with them for help in resolving it.

Also let the people at Wood Dash Experts, Inc., know that you're filing a claim with the DA's office in Edison, NJ. It'd only cost you a phone call and a fax or two showing the investigators proof that they signed for the core packages. Mail fraud has a nice ring to it.

i hate poeple who require a "core" or a give us something to tweak, so we can sell it for 2x as much as it should cost, and get another "core" from that person and repeat over and over.

Well the idea of a core for parts is that they can refurbish it, repair it, and then resell it as rebuilt at a lower cost than a new one. It works for things like brake drums or AC compressors, where they need a source of used parts. Essentially they are charging you a certain price, then giving you money for your old used parts.

Usually, it works well for everyone. The consumer gets a rebuilt part for their vehicle that costs less than buying a completely new one. The company that rebuilds the parts has a reliable source for used parts that they can rebuild and then resell to another consumer.
