Default Truck Suspension

Alright guys maybe someone on here can point me in the right direction. I am looking to do some suspension upgrades soon. I am not looking to lift or lower the truck, I like the way it sits right now, what I am after is much smoother ride than the stock setup. This truck does not go off roading Dirt roads are about it, rarely hauls anything heavier than a 12' utility trailer (hauls my toys). Does anyone know a good place to start looking? Or any reccommendations as to what to do to accomplish this?

one of the companies, I think firestone, makes a rear kit to take out the leaf springs and replace them with a trailing arm and air bags. I think I saw it at stylin trucks.
