Sure thing - these are 4" 55w lights that were only about $40. I bought a lighted switch to go with it. Lots of folks use the Hella 500s which are 6". I may change to those eventually.

im apart of the group that doesnt think the silverstars are all that great. use to have them in my fogs, headlights, and bull bar lights. still have them in the bull bar and moved my low beam silverstars to my high beam and upgraded my low beam's and fogs to 8000K HIDs. theres seriously nothing like them! want style and want to see whats up ahead? HIDs are definatly the way to go!!! i wont own another vehicle without them! their bright as sh*t!

heres my vid..... and by the way, the vid does no justice for how bright they are!

Sylvania Silverstars just don't last long enough for the amount of coin you pay! $45 and within a year or two they are burned out. Spend $100-150 and get HID's. They will outlast the length of time you will own the truck. If you have any flicker issue's with the HID kit then you must purchase what's called a cancellor kit. Chrysler vehicles tend to have the flicker issue. Don't wate your money on Silverstars or anything similar. HID's are plug'n'play. Very simple and takes like 30minutes to install and that includes opening the package, reading the instructions and cleaning everything up. Super easy. You'll spend more money with silverstars and adding anotherset of foglights not to mention you'll be doing that crap for hours. time is money my friend! Get the best bang for your buck. HID

the higher the number doesnt mean their brighter. its all color temps. actually a 6000K has slightly more lumens, but i liked the color of the 8000K better...but theyre still bright as hell! and the projectors are nice because they cut the beam pattern and even though i can see all the way down the street and theyre intensivly bright, i have yet to have 1 person flash me, but maybe thats because they know their HIDs and i cant control the brightness, like im some idiot driving around with my high beams on!!

Common misconception! 8000k is merely the color not the amount of light transmittence. From 4000k and up, the higher you go the bluer the light. At about 12000k the light turns purplish. Now, the higher you go away from 4000k the less amount of actual light transmittence you will get. A 4000k bulb puts out more light than a 5000k and a 12000k and a so on... I believe 4100- 4300 is the most brightest closest to daylight you can get and is what most Car manufactures use. Anything higher or lower is simply for color and ofcourse the further sway from 4100-4300 you get, the more ouput you'll lose.
8000k has a noticeable blue hue to it. I had 6000k in my mustang and seen blue. You cannot stand directly in front of the headlights to see the clor. You need to stand back like 50ft or so before the color will be really noticeable.

Your projectors make a huge difference for you too. Most people are here aren't going to do that, but just get the HID's. Me personally I wouldn't get HID's without the projectors only because of the glare they give off to other drivers. So if people on here aren't getting a set of projectors to retrofit into their housings, I recommend just getting some driving lights and some new bulbs.
