Headers will give you a better flowing exhaust system. Instead of cramming all the exhaust through an exhaust manifold and then putting it out the rest of the system, each cylinder has its own pipe that then goes into the rest of the system...therefore it can flow better. It'll also give you some more power (20ish hp)
