Unhappy Weird Issue with my turn signals *help PLEASSSSSSE*

Hey Everyone, new to the forum board!

I am hoping one of you can assist me with a weird issue i am having with my 05 ram 1500 truck.

I gave a co-worker a boost last night (95 yukon) and everytthing went fine, however when I left i realise my left or right turn signals were not working properly. I get no flashing indicator lights on te dash, and when i put the right turn signal on it looks my doors. when i put on my hazards only the right side flashes. everything else on the truck works, and all 4 lights flash when i lock the door via remote.

Any ideas? I tried loooking for a turn signal relay in the fuse/relay panel but realized there is nothing labeled for that!!! Where can I find this?

Thanks very much for the help!!

Hmm Ill have to check that out. To bad the dealer charges almost $100 for this switch without a return if its not the problemo. I think im going to be screwed and will have to take it in to hook the computer up to it

Your signals are controlled by the FCM which could be burnt. Did you have lots of lights on when boosting? If you can get hooked up to a good scanner you can do tests to see what is fried.

Yeah, all my lights were n when i was boosting the other truck. I guess that kinda makes sense, cause i quickly traced some wires coming out of the steering column, then it goes into the computer in the left side of the hood at the back.

Regarding this FCM, is that just the wiring block terminal that wouldve got fried? or is the FCM a chip or something inside the silver computer where it connects to.

I plan on bringing the truck into a dealer to get it checed out some time this weekend, hopefully it doesnt cost to much :|
