Default air/fuel ratio gauge help

Hey all
Has anyone installed an air/fuel ratio gauge to a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the 4.7L?? Do I need to buy a special o2 sensor? I have been reading about an o2sensor kit, but not sure if i really do need this or if i can use my existing sensor. Any information will be greatly appreciated thanks.

The only one I have experience with is the Edelbrock A/F ratio gauge. I'm installed it on my Coronet and can't get it to work right. I thought I read somewhere that some of these systems will work with the stock sensors. From what edelbrock tells me, sensor location is important, but they din't seem to have any way to determine the correct location for each car.

Why are you installing a AF gauge on your truck? HAve you made some serious mods to the engine?

You need a different O2 sensor to run the gage from. The voltage on the new Rams is not the right value. So you have to have a new bung welded into the head pipe and install the new O2 sensor there.
