Also, the ATI procharger kit I was looing at has bigger injectors and comes with a tune specifically for that set-up.
Either way there's a custom tuning shop only 20miles away. He doesn' want to get involved with head/cams...etc
As far as exhaust, he already has JBA headers and a full catback.
The only thing that should limit the power is the valvetrain primarily in the high rev but more so the internals like the rods/pistons. I don't believe they are forged. Most cast internal engines can only handle 500hp at the crank safely. That's what I have been under the impression of.
Looing?? Doesn'??? I think that is LOOKING and DOESN'T. But like you said man, it's all for the better though!

lol. I am seriously dyslexic typing lately! My mind was probably thinking faster than I could type. I'm a 2 finger 70 words a minute pecker. i can almost keep up with my wife with her ability to use all her fingers and not have to look.hehehe She does 90+per minute though.

Nice catch. Hey, atleast I'm not whining about it.....aaahahahahaha

LOL! Oh I'm far from whining about it, just thought I would return the favor. Just thought it kind of weird for someone to pick out something like that to comment on on a site like this. Like they say down here, don't get mad get even! We,my freind, are even.

And as for the injectors and superhchargers, the supercharger kits come with high flowing fuel injectors so there's no need to worry about that. If you do add a supercharger I highly recommend redoing your exhaust, because with more air flowing in, you need to make it easier for it to flow out. Although if you want to make a hell of a lot of power, I would suggest a hot cam, CNC-machined heads, headers, then the supercharger, 800+ horsepower there boys.
Doesn't surprise me you work for a dealership...hopefully you're just in the parts department. The bottom end will not support endless amounts of power like you are claiming...to think otherwise is ignorant. Also a bolt-on, cammed and blown hemi won't get 800rwhp...won't even get 800bhp without forged internals and some serious boost from a nice sized turbo. Then there's the rest of the drivetrain.

Actually I'm in the shop, and the Hemi's internals are all forged steel, same stamping as the Viper's internals are, and yes if all high quality parts are added and 10 psi out of the blower you can get 800BHP!

Cool

someone a while ago had a post on how good the hemi was saying it flowed more like a $10000 nascar motor then a production motor read the story the hemi is a strong motor http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tec...iew/index.html

oh i find it just searching awhile ago a twin turbo hemi for a boat The engine will be stock other than a cam and intake and valve springs. here is the link

I'm gonna chime in here and stick my neck out on this one, but I'm pretty sure that 800hp is out of the question. Atleast not with 10psi from any supercharger. I would say this may be possible for a turbo charged hemi producing 15psi with a blower cam and crazy ported heads might come close to 800bhp.

Aslo, I don't believe that the Hemi has an all forged motor. i'm pretty sure it just has a forged crankshaft! Hell, the z06's don't even have an all forged motor! Main reason I say this is because an all forged motor reduces base hp by atleast 20-30hp and costs twice as much to build.
