magnuson-moss act look it up. dealer can not void warranty for any mods unless they can directly realte the issues that are occuring with the modification done. exapmle. you put a leveling kit on the truck and your tranny ****s the bed. you should be fine with a leveling kit and your warranty. just call the dealership you deal with and ask them because if your going to bring it in for warranty issues they would be the ones dealing with it. every dealership is different in what they will deal with.

No. They don't change the shock travel..etc. The only thing they may not claim is the alignment once that has been done. That's about it. All you need to do is NOT tell them about that kinda stuff when you bring it in. Once you start asking questions they will assume you don't know and that it brings things to their attention and they note that stuff in their computer for later on. Let them figure out what your truck has and once it's in their shop and they have it half ripped apart, they will just cover it under warranty because it's more cost effective than putting it back together and sending you on your way without the repair. I have found that if you say nothing, they won't say anything. Most mechanics get paid by the book not a steady hourly wage. Last thing they wanna do is not get paid for an hours worth of work they have already put in.

If they wanted to be asses they could not cover the front axles and some parts of the suspension, maybe the steering rack?
