Default Removing Dashboard to get to REC Radio - 07

So I bought an adapter that goes with the OEM REC radio to install an iPod.
I cannot figure out how to remove the face of the dashboard to get to the screws to remove the radio and hence install the converted.

I looked at the service manual for 06, but that one states there are screws on the bottom by where the cup holders are.
help.

Also, I have the full center console that extends from the seat to the dashboard.

That cover plate has those pinch/wedge snap type connectors...lol That's the best I can describe them as. You know, the one's that break off or bend over if your not careful!
I took my fingers not a screwdriver! Took my fingers and lifted the lower corner enough so I could get 2or3 fingers in there and I slid my other hand along the bottom to lift up evenly on the bottom outside corners. It will come off hard, so don't be afraid to pull on it. Just pull evenly and you should have no issues. The radio has 4 screws holding it in. Very simple. The bottom of the plate has more "meat" to the plastic versus the top. That's why I chose the bottom so nothing cracked.
