go second one i have seen a few and the pictures dont do justice at all they look decent on a lifted truck and they work of the suspension to 2nd all the way

 

I like the second one because it fit the entire front of the truck and would also protect your headlights! I personally like the second because I think it would fit a lifted truck better! If you had a stock size truck then I might consider the first one, but with a lifted truck I have to say #2 all the way!!!
