Headlights?
No. I passed a ricer last night that had dark yellow lights. They were so dark he probably couldn't see much at all.
I'm just not a fan of people putting 8K+ HID bulbs in where there not supposed to go (halogen lights). Need some projectors to get a nice blue/purple in the cutoff line ex) look at my sig.
Just a quick FYI, blue lights in any shade are technically illegal for use on anything other than police vehicles, same thing goes with forward facing red lights. Yellow or amber lights, debatably the best choice for foul weather driving, are OK for use in fog lights, or headlights if you're in europe, but here in the states those can also get you pulled over and ticketed when use used in headlights. But if you're still set on them PIAA would be the first place I'd look for replacement bulbs. Also any conventional halogen will produce the most light without filters, so unless you go projectors with HIDs you will be losing light if you want a cool color.
