are the cops in your area picky about you parking "on the wrong side of the street"? I got a parking ticket for facing the truck into oncoming traffic, btw your street looks a lot like the streets near me

where do u suggest we lose the weight?
cause i dont wanna take out the other seats, door panels or cut out the floor of the bed
get a fiberglass hood, a rollpan, lighter wheels, fiberglass front fenders they do exist and if hannemannfiberglass.com makes rear fiberglass fenders and doors like it does for chevy and ford then theres more weight gone

i assume this was in reference to my picture...anyways...yes, cops are pretty bad at parkign on wrong side of street...but, it's chicago. and in the picture, the cars are facing the right way...it's a one-way street.

and ghost...i want a rollpan so bad. i backed into one of those shopping cart things one night, and that "ding" is slowly rusting. once it gets bad enough, i'm gonna pick up a roll pan from street scece or something. maybe airram can help me out too...

that's interesting. all out streets are pretty much one way in alternating directions...with every secondary and main street being two way...so like every 4-6 blocks there is a two way street.

here's a map of my neighborhood....look at all the traffic direction signs:

It doesn't exactly work like that. Rule of thumb is 1-tenth in the 1/4mile for every 100lbs lost for a more accurate figure, but you can only get to a certain point where losing weight won't gain you as much. Then it will get less and less.

Sorry, but losing 1000lbs aint' gonna happen unless you lose your box and start cutting your frame up.
Should have bought a v8 if you wanted performance. a V6 in any truck just gets you from point A-B and that's it. I wouldn't waste your money on any aftermarket bolt-ons as you won't see much gains. Certainly nothing in comparison to a v8
