Ok so bear with me I am using my husbands forum name on here. I was driving our 06 1500 hemi to pick up something, and all the sudden the light came on. When I go to pull out its like I am holding the breaks. It just has no power pulling off, I can hold it to the floor and it just wont go. Then got on the interstate and it wont go into overdrive. Im worried to death something bad is wrong. So if you all could give me some suggestions if you have had this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

sounds like the computer went into "limp" mode. Don't know what it could be but it usually does it to protect itself from further damage. Get into the dealer or a parts store that has the computer to read the codes for free.
