If it's VIN locked you should come across this splash screen before you get to any programming options.

As AIRRAM stated they wrapped up they're previous programmers into the 3815. When the Hemi came out in '03 Superchips actually came out with the 3714 for it. They added that programming to the 3715 and now have added that to the 3815. The 3815 covers almost all gas engines from '98 to '08. I think the only one it doesn't program is the V10.

Now that being said I believe the '03 had a separate ECU and TCM (engine and transmission control) so you may not have the shift point options. You should have rev limiter and top speed limiter options.

I found this page that states some of the options for the 3714 which was for your truck

http://www.autoanything.com/performa...uperchips.aspx

Once updated the 3815 should program your truck with the options the 3714 had. I don't know if any of the newer options work on the older trucks that were covered by the 3714 and 3715.

It will work for an 03. It might need to be updated first depending on how long it has been since the last guy updated it but it will work on your truck.

As long as it is unlocked it will work. Just plug it into your truck and if you see the screen that Ramdamit98 posted then it is locked and will not work. Otherwise, you are fine.

It will work. When it first came out the 3815 was for '04/'05s. New models were added as they became available but early this year they included '03s and even added older 5.9, 5.2 and now even 4.7s in not only trucks but Jeep Grand Cherokees and recently Dak's.
With the proper (free) online updates you will have no problem, providing the unit is unlocked...

Superchips charges $100 to unlock a 3815 plus shipping! Make sure it's unlocked!
