My right low beam head lamp burnt out to to night, day time running lights, high beam still work. What brands are better to replace the oem lights with?

I'm partial to the look of the blueish type halogen lamps I have seen on BMW's.

the blueish lights you see on BMWs and other fancy cars are HID's. very nice but rather expensive. Like $200 for the HID setup, plus some projector housings (not required but makes it look better).

 

A while ago, someone on here posted up a link to the online LMC catalog. After looking through a page or so further, I came upon some replacement headlights for our trucks. They are the Xenon lights, with the bluish tint, or halogen with a blue film on them. I don't know much about lighting, so I'll post it up here, and you can make of it what you want.

Link to the page. $30 for a set of Xenon lights, so that's what I find hard to believe. But then again, I don't know much about lights.

 

I have silvania silverstar ultra headlights and silverstar fog lights, makes a big difference, its whiter and seems just a hair brighter
