The Zeon's got a solid rep, 'Feej. You could do a lot worse. It's not the type of tread I'd go for, but for you, I'd bet they'd be perfect...
If you are dead set on 17's, you couldn't just pick up a single, cheap 20" tir.............. Nevermind, started thinking of what I was typing, cheap & 20" tire don't belong in the same paragraph let alone the same sentence. My bad, too much eggnog already...

i just put 17" nitto grapplers on, truck seems higher, the tires are beefier, and i've never owned tires with such deep tread. at first i thought they were pretty quiet, but man sitting in the back seat today when we all went out, its def louder in the back. still waiting to try em in the snow (the whole reason i bought em)
