new reverse lights

I put a similar setup on my Jeep, its great, but be careful, it's illegal in most states. Could get ya a hefty ticket

if i ran them going down the road i might get a ticket, but thats only gonna be if some one is following me with their brights on.

I put them on for the extra light backing up

How would you wire them if you just wanted them to turn on when the trucks in reverse? Would you just use the power wire going into the reverse light and use a random ground anywhere? Or would that be too much to pull from that one wire?

the proper way would be to run the main power to the lights with on a seperate wire with a relay turning that power on via the stock reverse light wire as the on for the relay.

I think there is a DIY in the 3rd gen section
