Dually conversion

I want to convert a 2004 dodge ram 3500 over to dually. Is the axle itself different or can i just install hub adapters?

Are you putting that much weight over the axle with a 5th wheel? If not, your just wasting time and money and wearing down 6 tires instead of 4.
