Unhappy Problems after changing a flat need help!!!!

I hit a bump passing in the right lane because an a******e from Ontario would not move for a couple miles going 60 while the whole interstate speed limit is posted 65 and says drive right pass left!!! So I pass on right and hit this monster patch that's a lot higher then the road itself. (appears to be a bad patch job). So I got off the interstate and to my destination and huh, im loosing air. Take it to NTB and they say bad valve stem that pepboys installed when I had the new nexens put on. So i had to buy a 175.00 tire while the nexens cost me about 80.00 a piece shipped to my front door. Side wall looked like black saw dust on the inside. Anyways, I am having a couple problems after changing the tire when I left to go home from my destination. Im puzzled. I did the key thing and DONE comes up, no codes. I took the battery terminal off for an hour to reset it no luck these are my problems.

alignment off
brake light on
ABS light on
check engine light comes on intermittently
speedometer needle is jumping when car is stationary
rough idle about 3-400 then usual around idle. Its usually at 500. now its 800-900
Engine is making a funny noise like a tapping if you will.

I checked engine oil level and still in the safe zone, took off the oil cap and emulsion is on the bottom of the cap and huge amounts under that other plastic piece. I had that before and know its from not reaching operating temperature.

Thanks for the input!

First the nexens aren;t a good tire at all. It couldn't have been a bad valve stem if you hit the sidewall.
Yes your alignment is probably off if you hit something that hard. Maybe you bent a tie rod?
Did your truck get jarred really bad? Maybe a sensor got jarred as bad and it started intermittently working or you knocked off an air hose or vaccum hose?
I think the tapping has always been there and your now noticing it because your "ears" are in full swing to listen for anything and everything.

Sounds like at least some of that is caused by a bad wheel speed/ABS sensor or loose connection to one of them. That could cause the brake light, ABS light, and speedo problem at least. The others could be a result of them.

well they said because i drove a couple hundred feet at such low tire pressure it ruined the tires. They said sidewall wasnt safe to drive on so.

What do you look for as far as a bad tire rod? Im just puzzled with all the problems with the lights coming on like ABS, brake, CEL. I dunno man Im just like that was one hell of a bump lol. Ive had the nexens for a while. I had goodyear GT II, hankook and the nexens. GT II sucked, they picked up and and all nails in the road that was physically possible, the hankooks where ok but the nexens gave me great cornering and for 80.00 to the house I cant beat that lol. Thanks for the input, Im going to look under the truck tommorow and the vacuum lines etc like you suggested!

try resetting your pcm/ecm to see if it fixes the idle problems

if the engine really is tapping then the pcm will know and give a troublecode if it can't fix it. the code may just mean bad knock sensor which is how the pcm more or less listens to the engine. if it does then you have to replace both of them at the same time.

the black sawdust is the tire chewing itself up because it was ran on while flat, Ive seen it at work before.

It requires replacing

Your tyre is screwed.
Your alignment is now off, due to the large hit you took in the road. (not uncommon)
I'd bet that the abs electrical cable is damaged, or the sensor in the hub stuffed as to why your now getting the abs and speed errors.
The other stuff like stated, your now super sensitive to what your trucks doing.

Thanks fella's. I disconnected the negative terminal one last time and it worked. Well for about 15 minutes then all the lights popped up again. Drove to the dealer to set up an appointment then walked out and truck wouldnt start! Service manager came out and said blinking light and clicking sound on dash is anti theft; I dont have an anti theft device installed. He then said it could be loose terminal; he tightened it with a wrench and no go'd. The truck wont start now. Anyways, I purchased the 7 year 70k fake as* bumper to bumper warranty for 1k and everything that needs fixing hasnt been covered. I wouldnt be surprised if nothing is covered here as well. Do you guys have any ideas whats wrong with the truck now. I have 67k and its paid off so trading it in is not an option. I want her to last 300-400k if possible! Thanks for all the possible suggestions!

How long did you leave the battery disconnected for? You should probably do it for at least a half hour, and turn on the lights when you do it to drain any extra power remaining in the circuits. I really think that the ABS and speed stuff is the sensor on the wheel. I'd be fighting the dealer on the warranty. That's BS that they aren't covering anything.
