Has anyone had their sunvisors not want to stay up? Is there a fix or do i need new ones?

 

I know on older cars there was an adjustment screw right by the mount, I haven't looked on mine yet. If you find a place to order new ones other than the dealer let me know as I'd like to upgrade mine to have a mirror for my girl in the passenger seat.
