about how far do your tires stick out from the body? I have 285s and they stick out at least 1 1/2 inches. Maybe a close up pic from the side of the the truck looking down on the tire would better help me get an idea

 

okay i'll see what i can do next time i go outside, it might be too dark though. if im driving, and look out the mirrors and down, i can definitely see the tires, but it isnt rediculous or anything.

 

awesome that would be great if you could do that. Also, how wide is your rim? The wheels I have are 17x9. Just trying to get an idea of how much clearance I'll have all around the tire without any kind of lift. After these crap BFG A/T KOs wear out (which will be soon) I want to get the Firestone Destination A/Ts or M/Ts put on but I want the 12.5 or 315 tires.

wheels are 17x10, tires are 315/70/17 BFG AT's (came on it, not my choice).

Thanks! Exactly what I was looking for. Yeah, they don't stick out much further than mine but you also have the extra inch in the rim. Truck looks good

 

Hemifreak you got any pics yet? did you get your truck back?

 

HemiFreak - can't wait to see those pics especially of the rims & tires. i'm doing a 5" rough country lift and trying to decide on 17x9 or 17x10 rims.

Redone4x4 - thanks for the pics. i'm putting the same tires (& size tire) on mine as soon as i get the lift on.

 

just got the truck back yesterday its looks amazing i love it.. Best part is now im getting 10 mpg.. and i lost a lot of power but im probally doing gears in the near future ill post some pics tommarow even though the pics dont due justice to the truck..
