Default Missing part on shifter, what it is and cheap fix

On the Hemi Ram Automatic, there is some sort of retainer ring that surrounds the perimeter of the Tow/Haul button located on the column shifter. This ring came off, I can't find it and Dodge dealer says the whole shift handle must be replaced at $75 + labor.

Anyone know what this part is, experienced it themselves and what an option to dealer might be? I went to my local Salvage yard but to no evail, couldn't find anything.

Check Ebay. If nothing, just buy it from the dealer and install it yourself. You just need to unscrew the surrounding plastic around the column. The shifter has a pin and a spring and one electrical plug. It's not that hard to do yourself.
