That's one way around it. Riding around in the Valiant doesn't do quite as much for the image as the Ram, though....hey at least you didn't pop for a Kia.

 

I drive my 04 Quad cab 4x4, Hemi,and on weekends I park the Hemi and drive a 01 Customized PT cruiser with a 2.4 non turbo. It get's around 30 mpg pulling my customized trailer. It's won over thirty trophys so far.And I didn't show it the first year.

 

Yesterday I fulled up the Hemi with 87 octane gas. We drove down I-95 to Joppatown Md and back, about 130 miles total, had some traffic in the beginning. .Drove 65 to 70 ,mostly 70. Didn't use cruise control. Got 16.5 miles per gallon. for the trip. Needle was sitting on the three quarter make when finished.. Not to bad for 4400 miles. 04 quad cab 4x4 17 inch tires.

 

i get 12.8 in the city and on the highway. i'm not impressed at all that i haven't got the 18 mpg yet. i do have a heavy foot around town though. i'm always racing everyone. but now since i have my system in the truck its all good.

 

Mine only has 250 miles on it and I am already getting 12.2 in the city
