ive had my fm on mine for almost 3 years now with no rust at all, the welds yes but not the canister anywhere. i live in a area that gets showered with salt all winter long too. no problems.

oops i shouldnt have spilled the beans but i have to vote for the 3rd gens when possible just because i like them over any other truck everytime. i geuss i am a bit bias.
