Default Toolbox and Tonneau cover

Has anyone tried to modify a soft tonneau cover to fit with a tool box that sits on the bed rails. Can you order one with certain dimensions?

I have some ideas on modification but would not want to destroy a cover trying.

Cant recall the name off the top of my head but some companies make soft covers already set to fit a toolbox

I'll do some looking,

Damn I like that truck of yours, the black and white is killer and the hood makes it look pretty aggressive!
