I am looking for a the center console that does not have a seat. I know it was an option on some Sport and Laramie models. Has anyone done this? Does anyone know where I can obtain/purchase/trade consoles? Is it possible to easily change them out? I have a 2008 black sport model, but it came with the seat/console combination with the power plug in the console. Thanks.

 

Ive looked at the mounts in mine and it doesnt look like a difficult swap. There are several places to look around, use the internet and maybe you can find what you are looking for. Also maybe contact Parts/Service from here on the forum. Im sure he can get you a fair price.

I want bucket seats in my truck. Do you know if they make them for the interior of a 2003?

 

It is so much cheaper for chrysler to keep as much as possible the same so chances are you can mount any seat from any 3rd gen you want and prob 4th gns too. Meaning that the seat may be diffrent but the frame work and mounts are the same.

 

Alright, sweet. I know that like the dash changed a little bit and seems to have become just a tad bit wider. So that would be sweet for them to be interchangeable between the years. I doubt I'd get some unless I could find some rather cheap used ones, or someone who bought a truck with bucket seats and can't stand them, and would trade my bench seat with flip up console for his buckets.

Bench with the flip up console like all the other ones have. Not your traditional 1980s bench seat, but the one that most other Dodges have. The 40/20/40 bench seat.
