anyone towing 44ft gooseneck with short box

I am considering buying a short box dodge 3500 short box dually to pull a 44ft gooseneck enclosed for a business. The reason that I am looking at the shortbox is because of the GVWR. The GVWR on the short box keeps me under the 26000GVWR truck and trailer needed not to get a cdl. Is anyone out there towing with a short box and if so what problems are you having.
