I need some help. I put on my K&N intake today and the air temp. sensor broke while i was putting it in. It was hard to put it (dont know why). The directions say to just slide it in but it doesnt just slide. Well i got another one from the dealer and got in on but what i need help with was how far should it be in. It said in the directions to take off the O ring. I got it hooked up and plugged back in. I started it up and nothing came on the dash saying anything was wrong. Does anyone have a K&N that could help me? I'm just afraid it will come out coming down the road. Hope not though. any help would great. oh yeah i have a 2003 with the 5.7!!
