Default High pitched squeal coming from under truck
I have an '04 Quad Cab and when I pull out or back up slowly, it sounds like something rubbing? Will a brake shoe change stop the sound?

if the breaks are squealing, its because they are vibrating (making the sound) you can shim them, or use brake lube (its a sticky silicone paste stuff) and lube up the back of the pad to it doesnt rattle.
